Most of my scarves and hats are made with acrylic and are machine washable & dryable. Wash your items on the delicate cycle (or handwash if you prefer) to keep them looking nice. You should tumble-dry low or lay flat.
I prefer to use acrylic yarn to help keep costs to my customers low. A great benefit of acrylic yarn is that people who are allergic to wool or other natural materials are still able to enjoy knit or crochet items!

SHIPPING:
Shipping in the United States is $3.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Shipping now includes delivery confirmation. I will ship internationally but the shipping will cost more. Cost can be calculated upon request.
I ship on Monday of each week, unless other arrangements are made.

RETURNS:
Your items will come with a "tag" attached. Please try your things out and see how you like them BEFORE removing the tag. If something doesn't fit right I am MORE than happy to take it back and fix my mistake. I ask this to ensure that any unwanted items come back to me in new condition so I can resell them. I don't think that this is asking too much and I greatly appreciate it. Returns and exchanges are not accepted after 10 days.
Items are made in the order they're paid.
*My items are handmade and most are made to order. Please expect the wait to be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Holidays are busy, just like any other store. If you need to know a time-frame, please ask :)
*If you plan to sell items that are embellished with my appliques, I ask that you would give credit where credit is due and link back to my page in the item description.
*You may not buy my appliques to sell them in their original form elsewhere.
